The most innovative dance class of 2021.  High Thoughts and High Heels, the progressive dance and meditation course to becoming the most confident & sexy version of you!  Learn how to feel beautiful, love yourself, believe in yourself and BE yourself with self improvement cornerstone topics of the week.  Carve out the time for YOURSELF and watch the transformation begin. 

 

You don't have to be a "dancer" to dance how you want to.  Give yourself the freedom to expand into your truest expression as YOU.  This course is for any and everyone over the age of 16.  If you are having deep desires to change your current conditions, body image issues, self defeating thoughts, depression, anxiety, self loathing or just need to get into your body, this class will help you beyond measure.  These techniques have helped me to love myself and create my life and I know they will help you.  

We will take a 4-week journey into your body, mind and spirit. This course consists of weekly choreography, meditations, affirmations, weekly challenges, journals and stretching.

Each week focuses on a specific self improvement cornerstone: 

self esteem, self love, self trust, personal power and self care. By setting intentions and using our bodies to assist in the manifestation of our desires, we super charge the ability of our minds to create things.  Remember, thoughts create things. By completing this course you will propel yourself into a new mind set, a new appreciation for yourself with a new best friend, YOU.

Week 1

In this section you will learn how to combat self defeating thoughts.  You will identify your inner critic and tendencies and learn how to smack them down and turn your inner dialogue into your greatest cheerleader​. We explore the workings of our mind while learning new choreography, following guided meditations and creating personal affirmations. 

During this Lesson

1. Discover your inner best friend

2. put your thoughts into the quantum field to manifest into real life

3. define your desired inner dialogue

4.  use dance as the vehicle to implement your new and improved thoughts about yourself.

After this section: 

you will have established a solid understanding of how to talk yourself into believing you are capable of success and obtaining the goals you desire.

Week 2

In this section you will learn how to allow yourself to stand out, be powerful and perfect the way you are no matter what emotions you may be experiencing.  Get out of your head and into your body!  You are the only you that there will ever be!  Learn how to own it, work it and dance your way into your powerful unique expression.

During this Lesson

1. Understand how to use your unique power.

2. Receive the tools to harness your power. 

3. Set triggers to tap into your power.

4.  Use Dance to embody your power.

After this section: 

You will discover how to be unapologetically you!

Week 3

Feeling your most beautiful

In this section you will learn how to incorporate self love and self acceptance in your daily routine.  No more body bashing, no more thoughts that say "I'm not pretty enough, skinny enough or sexy enough". No more comparing yourself to the photoshopped queens of the magazines (they're not real).  It's time to get rid of self defeating inner dialogue and replace those thoughts with empowering and encouraging thoughts.  Get out of your head and into your body!  You are beautiful.  You are sexy.  You are ENOUGH! It's time to know that.  It's time to look in the mirror and SAY "You are Beautiful, and I love you" to the ONE person who matters the most, YOU. 

During this Lesson

1. Find your unique beauty.

2. Receive the tools to rewire your mind to automatically love your natural beauty. 

3. Set reminders to assist you in stopping your habitual negative self talk.

4.  Use Dance to embody your natural beauty.

Week 4

In this section you will learn how to allow yourself to trust your gut.  Society as trained many of us to not trust ourselves and instead look outside of ourselves for approval and answers.  YOU are the only one who knows your truth.  You KNOW the answers.  YOU know what YOU need.  Get out of your head and into your body!  Learn how to give yourself the freedom you need to TRUST in your desires even if they sound crazy or insane.  You know that little voice inside?   That voice is your SOUL.  It's telling you what to do.  We will explore allowing that voice to be louder and louder.

You will trust yourself to make the best decisions for you.
